Your typical loan-program mix (FHA / VA / Conventional / USDA / Multifamily) so we know which catalogs matter most.
Your usual property-type mix (SFR / condo / manufactured / 2-4 unit / rural / multifamily) so we can route the right rules.
Where your form-fill software lives, so we can plan integration points — you shouldn't have to retype anything you've already typed.
